My wife is amazing. No one can rustle up a delicious meal in less time. Tonight it took her 13 minutes to make the curried chickpeas and rice. It really tastes as good as it looks. It's another one of the things I'm thankful for.I have so much to be thankful for. I like Thanksgiving, it's probably my favorite holiday of all, and even though we have our Thanksgiving meal tomorrow night, I still feel it's a special day. I'm thankful for so many things, I am so lucky. Enjoy the turkey (tofurky or otherwise) all of our US friends, we are are thinking of you.
